Thirty days, no questions asked

Read it for 30 days. If The Plain Word does not read easier than any Bible you have opened, email hello@theplainword.com from the address you bought with and we refund your purchase in full.

Ebooks

You cannot return a file, so you keep it either way. We would rather lose the sale than have you feel stuck with something you did not love.

Printed books

No need to ship the book back. Keep it, or pass it to someone who will read it. If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo and we send a replacement at no cost.

Pre-orders

Cancel any time before your pre-order ships for a full refund. After it ships, the 30-day guarantee applies from the day it arrives.

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. We confirm by email the moment it is issued.
