Free shipping in the US and Canada

Every printed book ships free to any address in the United States or Canada. We do not ship outside these two countries yet. If you are elsewhere, the ebook edition is available everywhere and arrives instantly.

How fast

Paperbacks are printed to order and ship within 5 to 7 business days of your order. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email the moment your parcel is on its way.

Ebooks

Your PDF and EPUB files are emailed to the address on your order within minutes of checkout, from hello@theplainword.com. If the email has not arrived in a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, then write to us and we will send it directly.

Pre-orders

Pre-order titles ship when the first printing arrives. The product page says which titles are pre-orders, and we email every pre-order customer with the shipping date as soon as it is confirmed.

Problems

Lost, late, or damaged parcel: email hello@theplainword.com with your order number and we make it right, usually with a replacement on its way the same day.
