The Plain Word: Psalms & Proverbs

The Psalms and the Proverbs, in the English you already speak.

People turn to the Psalms when they grieve, when they are afraid and when they are thankful. Proverbs is plain advice about work, money, temper, friends and family. Our second book renders both the way we rendered the Gospels: every verse kept, line by line, in plain modern English, based on the World English Bible, a public-domain translation.
